• Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, supplier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances
• The customer must ensure:
- Adequate access for delivery vehicles
- Suitable ground conditions for placement
- Compliance with local regulations and permits
• Additional charges may apply for:
- Crane or lifting services
- Difficult site access
- Waiting time or rescheduling
8. Risk, Ownership & Acceptance
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection
• Ownership transfers once full payment has been received
• The customer must inspect the unit upon delivery and report any issues immediately
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
• Standard (non-custom) items may be eligible for return subject to approval
• Custom-built units are not eligible for return unless defective
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval
10. Warranty & Maintenance
• Limited warranties may apply depending on the product
• Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or misuse
- Modifications not carried out by M&M Containers
• Maintenance of the unit after delivery is the responsibility of the customer
