At M&M Containers, we are committed to providing quality products and transparent service. This policy outlines our return, refund, and guarantee terms in line with customer protection standards and Google Shopping requirements.
1. Order Accuracy & Product Guarantee
We guarantee that all products supplied will:
• Match the agreed specifications at the time of order
• Be delivered in usable condition (unless sold as used/graded)
• Be free from major structural defects at the time of delivery
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
2. Returns Policy
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return transport costs
• Returns must be approved in writing before sending back
Custom-Built / Modified Units
• Non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started
• Any issues will be addressed under repair or warranty terms
3. Refund Policy
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
• Shipping, delivery, and handling fees are non-refundable
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Not as per agreed specification
You must notify us within 48 hours with:
• Photos of the issue
• Order details
We will:
✔ Repair the item
✔ Replace the item
✔ Or offer a fair resolution depending on the situation
5. Warranty / Guarantee
We offer a limited workmanship guarantee on applicable products:
• Structural integrity covered for a reasonable period
• Electrical and fittings subject to supplier warranties
• Does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or neglect
Third-party modifications
6. Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled before production begins
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started
• Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or material costs
7. Delivery Responsibility
• Customer must ensure site access and readiness
• Delays caused by site issues are not grounds for refund
• Any re-delivery or additional logistics will be charged accordingly
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Custom-built or modified containers
• Used (C-grade or B-grade) containers sold as-is
• Items damaged due to improper use after delivery
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes quickly and fairly. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before escalating matters.
